Biotec is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of biodegradable packaging and technical biopolymer components. After years of growth and internal development, the positioning on the market and the outdated visual identity needed to be fundamentally redesigned.
The key points in the creation of the visual identity were the technical aspects of the manufacturing process and the transformative properties of the material, which is 100% biodegradable. The aim was to develop a clear and concise visual identity that clearly sets Biotec apart from the competition and conveys values such as approachability, a dynamic feel and innovative transformational, almost magical power.
Several design routes were developed throughout the concept phase – this one was not realized.
