Epochal leben – “Living on an epic scale” says it all: exclusive apartments by Bauwerk Capital in one of Munich’s most prestigious locations, Trogerstraße 19.
As a designer at KMS Team, I was responsible for the brochure’s design and production planning. The high-end print execution, featuring a custom-mixed metallic spot color and selective textured varnish, was designed to reflect the exclusivity of the property while echoing distinctive elements of the building’s façade.
